Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KMT2A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,312 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KMT2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are HINFP, BUD13, and RPUSD4. Each is linked with KMT2A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT2A-to-partner and partner-to-KMT2A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KMT2A versus HINFP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KMT2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KMT2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
