KMT2A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KMT2A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 95 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KMT2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-E2, FASN, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with KMT2A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMT2A-to-partner and partner-to-KMT2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-E2 grouped by KMT2A-low versus KMT2A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KMT2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→KMT2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
