KMO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KMO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,079 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KMO-associated genes across cancer lineages are REEP4, PKM, and PKMP5. Each is linked with KMO in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KMO-to-partner and partner-to-KMO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REEP4 grouped by KMO-low versus KMO-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KMO→partner) and Y-score (partner→KMO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
