KLRG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLRG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLRG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR27, OOSP2, and NT5C1A. Each is linked with KLRG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLRG2-to-partner and partner-to-KLRG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLRG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLRG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
