KLRG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLRG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,464 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLRG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP25, SEPTIN1, and CARMIL2_S1381. Each is linked with KLRG1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLRG1-to-partner and partner-to-KLRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLRG1 versus ARHGAP25 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
