KLRG1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLRG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBMX2P5, MTND4P24, and MMP15. Each is linked with KLRG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLRG1-to-partner and partner-to-KLRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLRG1 versus RBMX2P5 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
