KLK6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLK6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,809 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLK7, KLK10, and KLK8. Each is linked with KLK6 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK6-to-partner and partner-to-KLK6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLK6 versus KLK7 in THCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
