KLK6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLK6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,200 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLK6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM29, BAIAP2, and TRIM29_S489. Each is linked with KLK6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK6-to-partner and partner-to-KLK6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLK6 versus TRIM29 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
