KLK6

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLK6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,277 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLK8, KLK7, and KLK5. Each is linked with KLK6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK6-to-partner and partner-to-KLK6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLK6 versus KLK8 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
