Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLK6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 952 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR340, NR1D1, and DPM2. Each is linked with KLK6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK6-to-partner and partner-to-KLK6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR340 grouped by KLK6-low versus KLK6-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
