Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLK6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,320 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLK6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antimicrobial peptide production, Antimicrobial peptide biosynthetic process, and Antibacterial peptide production. Each is linked with KLK6 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK6-to-partner and partner-to-KLK6 results are reported.
