KLK6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLK6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are OOSP2, OR10J5, and OR10J1. Each is linked with KLK6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK6-to-partner and partner-to-KLK6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OOSP2 grouped by KLK6-low versus KLK6-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
