Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLK5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,115 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLK5-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP10-13P, IGHD4-17, and H3P46. Each is linked with KLK5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK5-to-partner and partner-to-KLK5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP10-13P grouped by KLK5-low versus KLK5-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
