KLK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 768 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAAR2, RAD51, and COX10. Each is linked with KLK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK2-to-partner and partner-to-KLK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAAR2 grouped by KLK2-low versus KLK2-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
