Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KLK15 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KLK15 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher KLK15 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLK15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, PAAD, and LGG are the cancer types where KLK15 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
