KLK12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLK12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,566 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLK12-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPAP1P2, HIGD2AP1, and FAM43B. Each is linked with KLK12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK12-to-partner and partner-to-KLK12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK12→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
