Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KLK11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KLK11 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher KLK11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLK11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, LUSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where KLK11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
