KLK11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLK11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,211 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLK11-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOLGA3, RNU6-502P, and OR7E162P. Each is linked with KLK11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK11-to-partner and partner-to-KLK11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GOLGA3 grouped by KLK11-low versus KLK11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK11→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
