Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLK11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLK11-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, MEK1, and ACC_pS79. Each is linked with KLK11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK11-to-partner and partner-to-KLK11 results are reported.
