KLK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,464 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBBP11, RNU6-1089P, and MIR6795. Each is linked with KLK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLK1-to-partner and partner-to-KLK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBBP11 grouped by KLK1-low versus KLK1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
