Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KLHL7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KLHL7 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher KLHL7 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLHL7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRP, LUAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where KLHL7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
