KLHL7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,111 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOCK2, GMPPA, and KBTBD2. Each is linked with KLHL7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL7-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL7 versus DOCK2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL7→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
