Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLHL7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,577 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic mismatch repair, Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, and Endocytic recycling. Each is linked with KLHL7 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL7-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL7 results are reported.
