Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KLHL6-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KLHL6-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher KLHL6-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLHL6-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and CESC show a favorable association.

KIRP, UVM, and LUAD are the cancer types where KLHL6-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
