KLHL5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,191 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL27A, CACNA2D1, and FAM114A1. Each is linked with KLHL5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL5-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL5 versus RPL27A in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
