Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,558 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHODH, FOXRED1, and NUP188. Each is linked with KLHL5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL5-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DHODH grouped by KLHL5-low versus KLHL5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
