Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLHL5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,876 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to environmental stimulus, Regulation of cell-substrate adhesion, and Regulation of cell-matrix adhesion. Each is linked with KLHL5 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL5-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL5 results are reported.
