KLHL40

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL40 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,279 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL40-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL5, GNB1, and CACNA2D1. Each is linked with KLHL40 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL40-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL40 versus RPL5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL40→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
