KLHL40

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL40 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,667 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL40-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHRDL1, TRPV4, and FHL5. Each is linked with KLHL40 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL40-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL40 versus CHRDL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL40→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
