The most reproducible KLHL40-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, Positive regulation of telomere capping, and Regulatory ncRNA-mediated gene silencing. Each is linked with KLHL40 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL40-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL40 results are reported.
