Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL38 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,521 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHL38-associated genes across cancer lineages are UQCR10P1, RNA5SP457, and C19orf47. Each is linked with KLHL38 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL38-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL38 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UQCR10P1 grouped by KLHL38-low versus KLHL38-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL38→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
