Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL36 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,126 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHL36-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNPO2, KPNA2, and GTSE1. Each is linked with KLHL36 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL36-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL36 versus SYNPO2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL36→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
