KLHL35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,108 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL35-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EMSY, NUMA1, and RSF1. Each is linked with KLHL35 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL35-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL35 versus EMSY in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL35→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
