The most reproducible KLHL35-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with KLHL35 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL35-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL35 results are reported.
