KLHL30

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL30 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,840 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL30-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSU1, EFHD1, and TPM1. Each is linked with KLHL30 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL30-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL30 versus RSU1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL30→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
