Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL30 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHL30-associated genes across cancer lineages are P-Cadherin, TIGAR, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with KLHL30 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL30-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL30 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, P-Cadherin grouped by KLHL30-low versus KLHL30-high in UCEC.
