KLHL30

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLHL30 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 383 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL30-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBY1, RNMT, and TNFSF13B. Each is linked with KLHL30 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL30-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL30 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBY1 grouped by KLHL30-low versus KLHL30-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL30→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL30) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
