The most reproducible KLHL29-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTMR11, SLC7A11, and NOCT. Each is linked with KLHL29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL29-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL29 results are reported.
