Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL29 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHL29-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, Smad4, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with KLHL29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL29-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL29 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by KLHL29-low versus KLHL29-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL29→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
