Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KLHL26 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated KLHL26 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher KLHL26 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLHL26 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and HNSC show a favorable association.

PDAC, CCRCC, and UCEC are the cancer types where KLHL26 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
