KLHL26

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,548 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL26-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL7, ACIN1, and RAVER1. Each is linked with KLHL26 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL26-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL26 versus RPL7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL26→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
