Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL26 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,347 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHL26-associated genes across cancer lineages are PITPNC1, SPRY1, and PLEKHA8P1. Each is linked with KLHL26 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL26-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL26 versus PITPNC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL26→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
