Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL26 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHL26-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK-3_pS9, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Notch1. Each is linked with KLHL26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL26-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSK-3_pS9 grouped by KLHL26-low versus KLHL26-high in STAD.
