Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLHL26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,674 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to nucleus, Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, and Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with KLHL26 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL26-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL26 results are reported.
