Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLHL26 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KLHL26-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB1C1, LINGO4, and NPFFR1. Each is linked with KLHL26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL26-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCGB1C1 grouped by KLHL26-low versus KLHL26-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL26→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
