Across TCGA cell cohorts, KLHL22 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,244 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL22-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure, and Cell division. Each is linked with KLHL22 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL22-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL22 results are reported.
