Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, KLHL22 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated KLHL22 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher KLHL22 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated KLHL22 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and PAAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, UVM, and ACC are the cancer types where KLHL22 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
