KLHL20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,658 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GATAD2B, ANP32E, and PPIF. Each is linked with KLHL20 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL20-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL20 versus GATAD2B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL20→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
