KLHL20

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL20 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,758 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL20-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCAF1, PTPN21, and MTMR9. Each is linked with KLHL20 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL20-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KLHL20 versus TCAF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL20→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
