KLHL20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KLHL20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,952 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KLHL20-associated genes across cancer lineages are MELK, STIP1, and HSPA4. Each is linked with KLHL20 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KLHL20-to-partner and partner-to-KLHL20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MELK grouped by KLHL20-low versus KLHL20-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KLHL20→partner) and Y-score (partner→KLHL20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
